What do we brew beer from?

Hop

We use varieties Sapphire, Cascade, Zither, Zhatetsky, Amarillo, Chinook, etc.

Malt

We use varieties Vienna, Munich, Caramel, Burnt, Pale Ale

Yeast

For the bottom fermentation, we use the W- 34/70 Safflager, which is considered to be one of the best sorts of yeast and is used worldwide. We buy top-fermented yeast at the Brewery Brewer's Yeast Research Center in St. Petersburg and grow it ourselves in the special sterile tank for growing a pure yeast culture under the certain conditions

Water

We use purified, softened water in accordance with the basic requirements of brewing
